The triathlon in the heart of the city of Zurich. More than 5000 triathletes from all over the world find their way to the city on the Limmat. Various races in different categories are held over junior, sprint and Olympic distances. Whether child, hobby athlete, team, company, handicapped or professional, the Zurich City Triathlon guarantees spectacle and is the highlight of the season for many participants. The Zurich City Triathlon is supported by the Sports Office of the City of Zurich.
Since 2022, the Zurich City Triathlon has made an equivalent contribution to climate protection by acquiring CO2 certificates from verified climate protection projects.

WHY YOU HAVE TO PARTICIPATE
Triathlon has no limits, three disciplines demand personal bests and age or size, for example, do not matter. Every triathlete has his or her strength.
From participating as a child in the Ironkids to becoming a professional athlete - it all started in Zurich.
Finally, I'm back on the start line!
A triathlon where I study and have already spent many hours training is great! I am looking forward to the first Zurich City Triathlon in 2022, a long-awaited short-distance race in the city of Zurich.
Since I was five years old, I have competed in a triathlon on the Landiwiese almost every year - from the IronKids Triathlon with swim wings to my Ironman debut in 2018. That's why I'm really excited that we will have a triathlon in Zurich again in 2022 and hope for a great triathlon weekend.

SUCCESSOR EVENT TO THE 5150 ZURICH TRIATHLON
The concept of the Zurich City Triathlon was developed in close cooperation with the IRONMAN Switzerland Team. The aim is to create an adequate triathlon event for the 5150 Zurich Triathlon to fill the big gap in the triathlon calendar.
OUR VALUES & GOALS
Of course, we first and foremost want to deliver a great event, create great experiences and beautiful memories. We have the highest quality standards for ourselves and our partners and pursue ambitious goals. We are working on our CO2 footprint with just as much commitment as we are on our goal of becoming the birthplace of future Olympic triathlon champions. We are convinced that our passion for the sport of triathlon and our connection to our city is the path to success!
